Proud Larry's Presents...
From the moment she steps on stage (her self-proclaimed “comfort zone”) it’s undeniable that is where Caroline Watkins belongs. The Nashville native has been honing her craft since a young age, and is no stranger to the spotlight.
She landed her own round at the legendary Bluebird Café at the age of 16, and signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Nashville before she graduated high school. Caroline was selected as the second recipient of Miranda Lambert’s “Women Creators” scholarship at Belmont University, and her music made its silver screen debut in 2018 in the romantic drama, Forever My Girl, staring Alex Roe, Jessica Rothe and John Benjamin Hickey.
On October 18th, 2019, Caroline released her first single “Drunk Girls in Bathrooms” to all digital platforms and Robert K. Oermann, of Music Row Magazine, exclaimed: “…I am completely awestruck by newcomer Caroline Watkins… If the rest of her songs are as strong as this, she’s a humongous talent.”
Caroline is a true artist in the sense that she pulls the beauty out of all situations and creates something spectacular. She thrives on uncovering the unseen and shining a positive light on everyday situations.
“The number one thing I always strive for in my music is authenticity. That is what I strive for the most in my personal life, so naturally it’s what I strive for the most in my music as well.”
“Drunk Girls In Bathrooms” can be found at all major online retailers.
